We request that all guests arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Due to the exclusive and timed nature of our entries, it's imperative that all guests arrive on time. • Expand/Collapse What is the easiest way to get to the meeting point by Metro or RER?

Yes, this tour includes access to the Eiffel Tower Summit.

  • Expand/Collapse Are there group discounts available for this tour?

  • Expand/Collapse What is the structure of the tour? How long will it take in total?

Your guide will take you from our office to the Eiffel Tower where you will skip the lines to the second floor. Once there you will visit each side of the Tower learning about the monuments you can see and the history of Paris. Your guide will then take you to the entrance of the summit elevators at which point you can say good bye and head up to the top on your own. You are free to spend as long as you like on any level of the Eiffel Tower after the tour. You should allow at least 2 hours in your day for this visit.

  • Expand/Collapse What is your cancellation policy?

We offer 100% refunds on all tours if the reservation is cancelled more than 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled tour. We do not offer refunds for any reason once we are within 72 hours of the scheduled tour.

  • Expand/Collapse What is your weather policy?

All of our tours operate rain or shine. If rain is in the forecast, please plan accordingly and bring rain gear with you. On occasion the Eiffel Tower will limit access to the summit or other areas based on inclement weather. We are not able to offer any refunds for any closures or delays that result from actions outside of our immediate control.

  • Expand/Collapse Can we eat on the Eiffel Tower after the tour?

Absolutely! There are a few options if you are looking to eat on the Eiffel Tower. There are two restaurants on the Tower which require reservations: the 58 Eiffel, located on the first floor, and the Michelin-starred Jules Verne on the second floor. Reservations need to be made well in advance in the summer months, so please plan accordingly! If you are looking for something more casual, there are cafés and snack stands on the first and second level of the Eiffel Tower serving a variety of sandwiches and soft drinks. It is also possible to bring your own food on the Tower, but please note that glass containers and knives are prohibited.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent tour! Excellent Guide! We honestly had an amazing tour! We went on it for my sisters birthday since she has always been obsessed with the Eiffel Tower (Even though she had never been to it until now!). Big Ben was our tour guide and the way he puts humour into his fact telling is something that my travel buddies and myself really could get into and we actually remember so much from the tour simply because we remember all the funny ways he told the stories. Thanks you so much for the tour, it made my sisters birthday 110% (if not more) awesome!
