CHICAGO DAY BIKE TOUR
Chicago boasts an 18-mile Lakefront Trail for cycling, running and walking and this tour aims to show you what we feel is the best part of it. Starting at our conveniently located South Loop office, we’ll take you on a tour from Grant Park north to Lincoln Park with plenty of stops, stories and photo ops in between.
See eight of Chicago’s most high profile neighborhoods - South Loop, Streeterville, Gold Coast, Lincoln Park, Old Town, River North, the Loop and Printer’s Row - in addition to both of Chicago’s showpiece parks, Grant Park and Lincoln Park. Cruise along the Lakefront and hear loads of information about Chicago’s history, architecture and culture as well as quirky facts and stories from one of our world class tour guides.
This tour covers the major Chicago sites as well as dipping into the surrounding neighborhoods, often missed by most visitors, for an experience that is unlike anything else we’ve ever offered in our decade-plus in Chicago!

While all of our tours maintain a leisurely pace, we want our guests to have fun and be safe, so being able to ride a bike is paramount.
You should have good balance, be able to start and stop comfortably, and be familiar with hand brakes. We will be riding on bike lanes, through parks, and occasionally with traffic. Riders should be prepared riding single-file behind other riders and riding in a group. Safety is our number one priority but confidence in yourself is the first step to overall group safety.
If you're not sure how you'll fare, we invite you to come to our office about 30 minutes prior to your tour start time to try the bikes.

Unfortunately, 3 hours does not give us enough time to enter any of the sites that we see on our Chicago Day Bike Tour. This tour is designed to enjoy the city from a broad perspective and come away with a greater understanding of its history and layout.
After your tour, we have lots of information in our office in regards to museum opening times and the best way to see them.
We are not able to accommodate special requests like this on our public tours. Once the tour begins we ask that you stay with the guide and the group until the end.
