This tour begins in the oldest area of New Orleans - the famous French Quarter, boasting nearly 300 years of United States history. Your fully licensed tour guide will take you to popular highlights in "the Quarter" including St. Louis Cathedral and Jackson Square along with some lesser-known gems, all while telling you fascinating stories about your surroundings.
We'll pedal to the charming oak-lined Garden District, stopping to admire these lavish historic homes of New Orleans, and talk about some of their most famous occupants throughout history and modern times. This area is dotted with boutiques, antique shops, and cool bars that you will absolutely want to explore further. In addition, it's part of the world famous Mardi Gras parade route and celebrations!

Yes, helmets are provided and we require all riders to wear helmets on our tours.
Your safety is top priority for us and studies have shown that helmets can reduce head injuries by at least 85%.
Yes, you’ll have a chance to rest your legs a bit during a stop at a local coffee house. Please bring cash if you would like to purchase snacks or drinks, cost is not included with the tour.
We are happy to offer full refunds for our bike tours if the reservation is cancelled more than 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled tour. We do not offer refunds for any reason once we are within the 72 hours of the scheduled tour.
For children up to 12 years old or 100lbs (45kg), we have 2 wheeled tandem trailers. The passenger sits on a seat and can pedal or coast. All riders over 100lbs (45kg) must ride their own bicycle. We have various smaller sized mountain bikes for those able to ride on their own.
We do not have any adult tricycles or bikes with training wheels for adults that may be less confident in their riding ability. Please let us know if you would like one of our tandems, trailers, baby seats, or child bikes in advance that you'd like to reserve either a child seat or trailer.
Important Note: All child bikes use hand brakes, there are no pedal brakes available.
All scheduled tours are in English, but private tours can occasionally be scheduled in other languages, given we have a tour guide who speaks the language of your choice.
Unfortunately, 3.5 hours does not give us enough time to enter any of the sites that we see. Our tours are designed to enjoy the city from a broad perspective, so that's what we're going to do!

Unfortunately, due to the risk to both child and mother, pregnant women are not allowed to participate on our bike tours.
Our bike tours operate in groups of 10 people maximum.
Your tour will start promptly at the scheduled time, therefore please arrive 15 minutes prior to tour departure time in order to complete the necessary paperwork and get fitted for a bike. We do not have the luxury of waiting for guests, or catching them up after the fact.
Please be aware that we have multiple tours departing throughout the day, therefore if you arrive more than 30 minutes early we may still be working with other guests and not quite ready to welcome you properly.
Each member of your party will be required to complete and sign a liability waiver form. Minors under the age of 18 will need a parent or guardian to complete their paperwork.

Reservations are required for every tour we offer. All walk-in customers will be served based on guide availability, but we highly recommend booking in advance.
