We meet at our office located at 36 Avenue de la Bourdonnais, 75007 which is a 5 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower.
We request that all guests arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Due to the exclusive and timed nature of our entries, it's imperative that all guests arrive on time. We do not have the luxury of waiting for guests who are running late, or catching them up after the fact.
Our Skip the Line - Eiffel Tower Tour with 2nd Level Access only includes the first and second level. This is reflected in the price. If you wish to go to the Summit you can buy tickets immediately after the tour on the second floor of the tower.
Please do NOT go to the Eiffel Tower, your tour does NOT meet there. We meet at our office located at 36 Avenue de la Bourdonnais, 75007 which is a 5 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower.
It takes approximately 10 minutes to walk from the closest Métro (École Militaire, line 8) or RER station (Pont de l'Alma, line C) to the tour meeting point.
Wheelchairs are able to visit the 1st and 2nd levels of the Tower, but unfortunately not the top level.
If you are having problems finding the meeting location for your tour, please call us at +33.1.85.08.19.76 and our staff will be happy to help you find your way.
We limit the group size to 20 guests per tour guide.
We offer 100% refunds on all tours if the reservation is cancelled more than 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled tour. We do not offer refunds for any reason once we are within 72 hours of the scheduled tour.
All of our tours operate rain or shine. If rain is in the forecast, please plan accordingly and bring rain gear with you. On occasion the Eiffel Tower will limit access to the summit or other areas based on inclement weather. We are not able to offer any refunds for any closures or delays that result from actions outside of our immediate control.
Of course! We are always eager to host families on our tours.
All entrance tickets for our Tower offerings are with adult tickets and therefore there are no reductions. Infants (ages 0 - 3) are, however, free of cost on all Tower activities.
We would love to work with you to reserve an entry time for your group on the Eiffel Tower. There are several options to consider and we ask that you contact us directly at Private Tours for more details.
Absolutely! There are a few options if you are looking to eat on the Eiffel Tower. There are two restaurants on the Tower which require reservations: the 58 Eiffel, located on the first floor, and the Michelin-starred Jules Verne on the second floor. Reservations need to be made well in advance in the summer months, so please plan accordingly! If you are looking for something more casual, there are cafés and snack stands on the first and second level of the Eiffel Tower serving a variety of sandwiches and soft drinks. It is also possible to bring your own food on the Tower, but please note that glass containers and knives are prohibited.
If you would like to book a larger group, please contact our Private Tours team at [email protected].
