How many people are there on a tour?

We don’t host more than 12 people per tour with a guide, but the average group size is smaller.

Can you accommodate people with allergies or food restrictions?

We can accommodate vegetarians, please inform us in the notes at the time of booking.  We cannot unfortunately accommodate vegans or celiacs.

I’m pregnant, can I join this tour?

Yes of course, but please inform us about what you can eat, when booking.

How long does this tour last?

Approximately two and a half hours.

Is this tour appropriate for children?

Yes, of course!

Can minors come on tour alone?

For safety reasons, minors (up to 17 years old) must be accompanied by an adult (18+) on the tour.

Does the tour end at the same place where we started?

Yes, the tour begins and ends at the Loggia del Pesce in Piazza Ciompi.
