What’s Included
Good to Know
- With the “daypass” option, E-Bikes can be returned any time before our shop closes.
- Reservations for e-bikes are highly recommended. Don’t risk showing up to a sold-out shop; our e-bike rentals have the same no-hassle 24-hour cancellation policy so you can book without hesitation.
- E-bike riders must be at least 160 cm or 5’3”
- We can not attach kids seats, tag-alongs or chariots to our E-bikes.
- You will get an instant confirmation after booking online- just start by selecting your pick-up date, number of bikes, and how long you would like to keep them.
- Our staff is multi-lingual and happy to help you in any way possible when you pick up your bike.

Shop Location
Please pick up your bikes at our Alexanderplatz shop, located at the base of the giant TV Tower (Fernsehturm).
You can find us on the north side of the tower between the Alex Café and the entrance to the TV Tower. The address is Panoramastraße 1a, 10178 Berlin.
Store Hours
April 1st – October 31st: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
November 1st – March 31st: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
