Good to Know

We highly recommend reserving your rental in advance – once your reservation is confirmed, you will be certain to have a bike for the day!
You can choose to hold onto your bike for longer and just pay the difference when you return. Just be sure to note our seasonal opening hours and get in contact with us if you want to arrange a specific drop-off time.
Your 24 hour rental covers you until the same time the next day, and you can pick up your bike from 9:00am onwards. This means that if you start your rental at 11am, you can bring it back the next day at 11am.
If you’re keeping your bike overnight, we highly recommend an inner courtyard or secure place to lock your bike.
Our Highlights of Amsterdam Bike Tour is a great way to get oriented with the city, and you are welcome to hold onto your bikes after touring with us to continue exploring on your own.
All participants must be able to ride a bike (unless on attachments)
All participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
Any child bikes or equipment must be requested
Please provide one credit card and one government issued ID to be retained as a deposit for the duration of the rental
