We are happy to offer full refunds if the reservation is cancelled more than 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled tour. We cannot offer refunds for tours cancelled less than 72 hours in advance. If you miss the tour for any reason, we'll gladly reschedule you on another available tour anytime for up to a year. If you can't make it, please let us know so we can open your spot to other guests.
