    Yes, you will receive a voucher via email that you must print and bring with you to exchange on the bus for your ticket. Please note that the voucher will follow your confirmation email. Your confirmation email cannot be exchanged for your ticket.

    No, and we apologize for the confusion. You may hop on at any time!

    Once booked, this ticket is non-refundable. Your ticket is valid for 30 days from the date you choose. We apologize for any inconvenience.

  • Expand/Collapse What is your weather policy?

    We run tours rain or shine and have plenty of rain ponchos. We find tours in the rain to be a different kind of fun and an even more fun memory! If you have a reservation and the weather is really bad, you are welcome to reschedule the tour for any other day for up to year.

  • Expand/Collapse Are the buses wheelchair or push chair accessible?

    Yes! Class 1 and Class 2 wheelchairs are welcomed onboard, and there are designated spaces with wheel clamps and belts available on the buses. 

    Pushchairs and small prams are welcome onboard, but must be folded before boarding.

    The routes range from 90 minutes to three hours if you remain onboard for an entire loop.
