Experience the Gaudí & Modernisme Bike Tour

No trip to Barcelona is complete without learning about its favorite architect, Antoni Gaudi, and his fascinating creations. This is the perfect way to get to see so many of Gaudi’s works in one day without exhausting yourself running around town.

Exploring the city by bike is the best way to see so many sights in one day. On the Gaudi Bike Tour, you’ll discover some of Gaudi’s earliest and lesser-known architectural gems as well as his most famous buildings. You'll get to learn about the life and history of Gaudi while also getting to see some stunning examples of Modernista architecture.

Of course, the highlight of the tour will be getting to see Gaudi’s magnificent cathedral, La Sagrada Familia. We’ve secured priority access skip-the-line Sagrada Familia tickets for you so that you won’t waste any precious time waiting in hours-long lines. You’ll have plenty of time to explore the interior of the Sagrada Familia on your own before meeting back with your guide, who will take you to a hidden gem for lunch to eat on the lovely open terrace of a local Spanish restaurant (lunch not included).

The fascinating stories and insight given by your guide while exploring the city will bring Gaudi’s masterpieces to life and help you to really understand why his architecture is so highly regarded in the life and culture of Barcelona.

  • Expand/Collapse Can we buy water at your office?

Yes! We have cold drinks available in our office.

  • Expand/Collapse Is this tour offered in any other languages, or only English?

All scheduled tours are in English, but please inquire about other languages available if booking a private tour.

  • Expand/Collapse Is this tour appropriate for children?

Absolutely! We welcome kids of all ages on our City Bike tour and we're a great family activity. We have several kid bikes in a couple of different sizes, as well as adult bikes equipped with child seats and child trailers in addition to plenty of kid-sized helmets, so we can pretty much accommodate anyone and everyone. We also have available child tandem attachments for those kids who are too big for the child seats and trailers, but still a bit too young to ride their own bikes through the city.

    • The cost of the child tandem attachment is the same as the discounted "kid" price for children ages 12 and under. There is no charge for the use of our child seats, child trailers and helmets.
    • Although Barcelona is extremely large, the area we bike in is very flat and our tours follow carefully selected bike-friendly routes. It is necessary, however, that any person participating in our bike tours have at least some bike riding experience, and should be comfortable riding in a group.
