How long before my tour should I arrive?
The tour meeting time is 15 minutes prior to the start time. No refunds or re-bookings can be provided for late arrivals or no-shows after tour commencement or departure.
How strenuous is this tour?
This is a walking tour where we will be on our feet for the majority of three hours. Guests should be able to walk at a moderate pace without difficulty.

How many people will be in my group?
We limit our walking tours to no more than 20 guests/guide in order to ensure the best experience inside the Abbey. If you are looking to book for a large group, please contact us at support@fattiretours.com.
How should I dress/what is permitted inside the Abbey?
All guests must pass through security to enter the Abbey. Your bag will be searched by the staff; any items that are illegal in the UK are not permitted inside. There is no place to store large bags or luggage, so we advise guests to only bring essential items with them. Video recording, flash photography, extra lighting, selfie sticks, and tripods are not permitted.
Westminster Abbey is a place of worship, so we ask that guests dress modestly. Visitors will be asked to remove their hats once inside. It’s advisable to wear comfortable shoes as the old stone floors are uneven.
Is this tour wheelchair or stroller accessible?
Unfortunately due to the nature of this tour it is not suitable for guests with mobility impairments, or for wheelchairs or strollers. Please contact us at privatetours@fattiretours.com so we can arrange your visit.
What is your cancellation policy?
We’re happy to reschedule you for free (based on availability) or cancel and fully refund your tour with a minimum of 72 hours notice prior to the activity time. As a ‘Fat Tire Tours Approved’ activity, we are not able to issue refunds or guarantee rescheduling within 72 hours.
