Meeting Point

Your tour meets at Karlstor (Neuhauser Str., 80331 München) – the large medieval arch/gate at the top of the Munich old-town. Your guide will be in front of the McDonalds holding their “Glückschwein” (lucky pig) in the air so you can find them. The closest metro station is Karlsplatz (Stachus).

General Tour Questions

Are reservations required for the tours?

We highly recommend reservations. While we are happy to accommodate walk-up customers as space is sometimes available, our tours have limited space and do sell out early. Booking online or calling our office in advance will avoid any disappointment once in Munich.

Can I leave the tour early?

No, it is not possible to leave the tour early. If our public tours don’t fit your schedule, we may be able to arrange a private tour that works for you.

How long before my tour should I arrive?

The tour meeting time is 15 minutes prior to the start time. No refunds or re-bookings can be provided for late arrivals or no-shows after tour commencement or departure.

What is your cancellation policy?

We’re happy to offer free changes and 100% refund up to 24 hours before tour* Failure to cancel a reservation at least 24 hours prior to scheduled departure may result in forfeited travel funds. Fare difference may apply.
