Good to Know

• We highly recommend reserving your rental in advance – once your reservation is confirmed, you will be certain to have a bike for the day!
• You can choose to hold onto your bike for longer and just pay the difference when you return.  Just be sure to note our seasonal opening hours and get in contact with us if you want to arrange a specific drop-off time.
• We have plenty of kid’s bike options – check them out here.  You can reserve any type of bike you’d like online.  Note that if we don’t have a certain kid’s bike or piece of equipment available, it’s probably already been reserved for the day, or it’s being used on one of our tours.
• Your 24 hour rental covers you until the same time the next day, and you can pick up your bike from 9:00am onwards.  This means that if you start your rental at 11am, you can bring it back the next day at 11am.  Or 11:05am if you bring us a croissant.
• Alternatively, we offer a “Daypass” option which allows you to pick up the bike at your convenience and return it to our store anytime before our shop closes.
• If you’re keeping your bike overnight, we highly recommend an inner courtyard or secure place to lock your bike.  Unfortunately, bike thefts are all too common in Paris and you will be charged €250 if your bike is stolen.
