Private: Ultimate E-Bike Tour of Berlin with Beer Garden Stop

This tour has it all! If you’ve never been to Berlin before, this is the perfect way to familiarize yourself with the city. And if you’re a Berlin veteran, we bet you will still learn something new and appreciate the city even more.

Reserving a private guide just for your group is easy!  You can let us know in the comments if you’re visiting Berlin for a big occasion or a celebration, or if you’re just wanting more flexibility with your tour start times and what we see.  We’ll pair you with a guide that will be a great fit for your group, be it a birthday vacation, a wedding, or a family reunion.  We’ve structured this tour so that you can see all of the same sights as our regular Berlin City Bike Tour, but if you want to omit certain stops or add others, just let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request!

All private tours depart from our shop, which makes it easy for us to fit you and your group for bikes, and it allows for us to see a wide variety of sites given its central location.  When you arrive, you will be greeted by your private guide who will have your bikes prepared and ready for your tour. After your private tour, you will also be able to enjoy your bikes for the remainder of the day at a discounted rate.

Berlin has a long and complex history, and our aim is to help you better understand it, all while enjoying the bikes and having fun.  Over five and a half hours, we will cover more than 800 years of Berlin’s history, from with humble beginnings as a fishing village, to the dynamic capital of reunited Germany.

We will spend our day crossing between former East and West Berlin, seeing one of the only remaining sections of the Berlin Wall and Checkpoint Charlie.  Find out how Berlin became the focal point of the Cold War, and how the Berlin Wall was built, cutting the city in two. We will visit the site of Hitler’s Bunker and the Reichstag and discuss the legacy of the Third Reich on modern Berlin.

We will bike through the Tiergarten and stop at one of our favorite beer gardens along the way. Finally, we will show you through the Brandenburg Gate, stopping at the well-known Museum Island before circling back to our starting point at the TV Tower in Alexanderplatz.

This tour is an excellent way to get oriented with the city, and we’re sure you’ll come away from it with new knowledge and a love of Berlin!
