At our shop you will be greeted by your private guide who will have your bikes prepared and ready for your tour. Not only will you each enjoy our normal shop services before and after tour, but you will also enjoy complementary bottles of water to take on tour, as well as free ponchos should it rain. Following your private tour, you are welcome to enjoy your bikes for the remainder of the day at no extra charge.
And of course, on tour you will enjoy the experienced leadership of our attentive and entertaining guides. We pride ourselves on a superlative level of personal attention, and look forward to welcoming you on tour!
Themes discussed during the tour: Berlin’s founding, Prussian Berlin, the rise of Hitler and the Nazi years, post-war Berlin and the division of Germany, and the rise of the Berlin Wall.

No - the bike is included with the bike tour, so just bring yourself and we will take care of the rest!
We will not stop for lunch on this tour. Depending on the day, we may have time for a short snack break, but generally guests eat before or after the tour.
Our tours are great options for families and kids are very welcome. We have several types of kids’ bikes, seats, and helmets to make sure everyone of all sizes is comfortable on tour. Being a slightly shorter tour, this is a great option for families!
Don’t worry, it’s just like riding a bike! Our tours move at a very comfortable pace so don’t worry if you are a bit rusty. If you are worried about being comfortable on the bike, feel free to stop by the shop a bit early and you can take a few practice laps.
The tour will still run in case of rain. We try our best to take cover but sometimes we are exposed to the elements. We have pocket-sized rain ponchos that we provide for free to all of our private tour guests.
We cannot enter the monuments because German Law restricts museum guides to their authorized officials. Plus, some people would want to spend only ten minutes in the museum while others would prefer 3 hours.
Our private tour guests benefit from free bike rentals for the remainder of the day following the tour. Our staff will be happy to show you exactly how to go back to any sites you would like to explore further or visit the interior.
Of course! In fact, our tours make great compliments for each other. If you want to include a specific site on this tour that's not mentioned in the description, or if you're curious about package deals, just reach out to us at [email protected]
