Custom Piedmont Region Wine Tasting

We are happy to customize this day to suit your needs.  We recommend starting off our time together by visiting one of the charming villages of the Piedmont area; Barolo, Alba, or Barbaresco.  We will work with you to determine your preferred tour length and the number of wine tastings you’d like to enjoy, and then we will plan accordingly.  All of the towns have a rich history with quaint vineyards that line the rolling hills.  We will be pleased to stop in some of the local stores to try truffles and other regional specialities. Your private guide will then escort you to one of our favorite vineyards where we’ll enjoy the lush rows of grapes and witness the winemaking process firsthand. The local sommeliers will provide insights into the unique terroir and the art of crafting the renowned wines of the region.

The wine tasting experience will include a selection of wines from the region, celebrated for their robust and complex flavors. The ambiance of the vineyard, surrounded by rolling hills and picturesque landscapes, will be a beautiful memory in the making.

After our first wine tasting, you can choose to head to a second tasting or to stop for a local lunch.  We have a handful of favorite restaurants that provide delicious, authentic Piedmontese dishes that will be perfect for our day together.  And paired perfectly with the local wines, it’s sure to be a lunch that you won’t soon forget. This is the perfect opportunity to savor truffle-infused specialties, rich pastas, and regional cheeses while enjoying panoramic views of the vineyard.

After lunch, we can continue exploring the vineyards and the charming towns of the region.  This area is known for its medieval architecture, cobblestone streets, and historic landmarks. At the end of our leisurely day together, we will make our way back to Milan in our private van or car. You can sit back and reflect on your favorite wines of the day and the other delights of the Piedmont Region.
