Fat Tire Tours began humbly back in 1999, but a young American looking to create a bridge between the English-speaking traveler and Paris. It started with one, customer-centric idea and simply grew from there. Our first tour was a simple bicycle tour around the main sites of Paris. Fat Tire Tours grew every year and in 2003, we introduced the world's first Segway Tour as a way to offer guests something they've never done before in one of the most beautiful cities in the world.
Our first bike and Segway tours solidified our mission of bringing guests closer to some of the world's greatest sites. Instead of seeing these iconic cities through the windows of a bus, we wanted to share our passion for these world class destinations by bringing people closer to them. We do that through small groups, exciting tour guides, superior customer service, and value to our customers. At the end of the day, we want a smile on every customers face and a memory that will last a lifetime.
