This is a full day tour that lasts from 8am – 6:30pm. Please note, if you are staying in or around Épernay, these hours will differ. We recommend leaving a buffer if you are making dinner reservations in Paris.
Comfortable walking shoes are recommended.
The visits to the first and second champagne houses are included in the price, the visit to the bar on the Avenue de Champagne is not.
Please ensure that all members of your party have a valid ID on them on the day of the visit.
This tour runs rain or shine. Always check the weather forecast for Épernay, and dress accordingly.

What is your cancellation policy?

Due to the nature of guide scheduling for private tours, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be done at least 7 days in advance of the activity start time to be eligible for a full refund. Reschedulings are subject to availability and fare difference may apply.

Is lunch included with this tour?

The cost of lunch (whether picnic or restaurant) is not included.

What do we do for lunch if it is raining?

We will only have a picnic lunch if the weather allows it and if you like the idea. In bad weather, your guide will present some restaurant choices and you may choose which you prefer.

Are the Champagne tastings included in the cost?

Yes – the visits to the first and second champagne houses are included in the price! The visit to the bar on the Avenue de Champagne is not. Due to the fact that prices of the different cuvées on offer vary greatly, and many clients do not want an additional glass at this stage of the tour.

What time does this tour arrive back in Paris?

This tour returns to Paris at approximately 6:30pm. We recommend not to make dinner reservations until 7:30pm at the earliest to allow a buffer for bad traffic coming back to Paris.

Is this tour wheelchair or stroller accessible?

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate guests with mobility impairments, wheelchairs or strollers on this tour. We apologize for the inconvenience.
