Good to Know

This tour is for a MAXIMUM of 6 people. If you are interested in more, please contact groups@fattiretours.com.
This is a full day tour that lasts from 6:45am – 8pm. Please note, if you are staying in or around Normandy, these hours will differ.
The tour outlines the ‘must-see’ sites of the D-Day Normandy area. Once in the car, your guide will work with you to determine which additional stops can or should be added to the trip. If you have any specific requests to follow family history, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
This tour can be shortened by an hour to get back to Paris by 7pm. Finishing earlier does not mean cutting out any sites but it does mean missing TAPS, which is at 5pm.
Normandy has a different climate to Paris and is often wet and misty. Please check the forecast for Colleville-sur-Mer and bring a waterproof layer in all cases. Please wear comfortable walking shoes as we walk on sand, gravel, mud, grass, tarmac and everything else in between!

Is this tour wheelchair or stroller accessible?

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate guests with mobility impairments, wheelchairs or strollers on this tour. We apologize for the inconvenience.

How long before my tour should I arrive?

The tour meeting time is 15 minutes prior to the start time. No refunds or re-bookings can be provided for late arrivals or no-shows after tour commencement or departure.

What is your weather policy?

All of our tours operate rain or shine, and we have rain ponchos available in our office for purchase.

What is your cancellation policy?

Due to the nature of guide scheduling for private tours, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be done at least 7 days in advance of the activity start time to be eligible for a full refund. Reschedulings are subject to availability and fare difference may apply.
